This is the regularly scheduled meeting of the Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission. The KRGC regulates the four state casinos: Boot Hill Casino, Kansas Star Casino, Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway, and Kansas Crossing Casino.

Due to the logistical issues of holding a closed executive session in the middle of the teleconference, the executive session will be held immediately after the meeting is called to order at 9:30 a.m. The open meeting is expected to resume at 10:00 a.m. All agency action will be taken during the open meeting.
