The KDHE BOA is proposing to revise the Kansas Air Quality State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Implementation, Maintenance and Enforcement of the 2010 Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) Primary National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). The public notice was published in the Kansas Register January 16 with a tentative public hearing scheduled at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, February 17, 2020, in the Flint Hills Conference Room, third floor, Curtis State Office Building, 1000 S.W. Jackson, Topeka. If no request for hearing is received by 5 p.m. on February 6, 2020, the scheduled hearing will be cancelled; and notice of the cancellation will be posted on the KDHE Bureau of Air website at http://www.kdheks.gov/bar/publicnotice.html prior to 5 p.m. on February 11, 2020.
