Due to COVID-19, the Board office is practicing social
distancing. The office space does not allow for a meeting while
practicing social distancing, therefore, the meeting will be conducted
virtually on the zoom platform and by telephone conference call on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. or as
soon thereafter as possible. If
