The Kansas Governmental Ethics Commission (GEC) is charged with administering, interpreting and enforcing the Campaign Finance Act and laws relating to conflict of interests, financial disclosure and the regulation of lobbying. These laws establish the public’s right to information about the financial affairs of Kansas’ public officials, lobbyists and candidates for office.
The September 28, 2022 meeting will be at the Governmental Ethics Commission office located at 901 S. Kansas Ave., Topeka, Kansas.
The Agenda is posted on the home page of our website https://ethics.kansas.gov one week prior to the meeting.
Meeting materials will be made available on the website the week of the meeting.
Meetings are held the 4th Wednesday of each month with few exceptions.

Centre City parking garage is located across the street from the office building on 9th street. The rate is one dollar per hour. Payment with card only.
